These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products

Products offered may be handmade. Variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent to such craftsmanship and shall not constitute defects. Descriptions and product images are provided as accurately as possible but may differ slightly from the actual product.

Prices & Payments

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders are processed only after full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or pricing inaccuracies.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (domestic) and 7–21 business days (international). Delays arising from customs clearance or courier services are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are permitted solely for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to notification within 7 days of receipt. Handmade variations are excluded. Return costs are borne by the customer unless due to our error. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, and designs, remains the exclusive property of TCG RED POCKET LEGACY. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Liability for any claim is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product. We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Amendments

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
